Grace Carigan is a Graphic Artist living and working in Chicago Illinois. She just completed a BFA in Graphic Art, with a concentration in Intermedia Art. As well as minors in Graphic Design and Art History at DePaul. She has worked with The Art School at DePaul University as a Graphic Design Intern as well as interned with non-profit groups like the Marillac St. Vincent DePaul Center. She has also taken on developing all the promotional material for the Ursuline Academy Ultimate Auction in 2018, which included designing flyers, invitations, and banners. Originally from Cincinnati Ohio, Carigan takes inspiration from multiple different sources including Vincent Van Gogh, Marcel Duchamp, and Jackson Pollock, as well as local typography and design movements. Grace Carigan has been selected for multiple art exhibitions at DePaul University including The DePaul Artist Collective’s Spring Exhibition and the DePaul Urban Farming Organization’s Earth Week Art Show. She has also been published in the Crook and Folly publication.
